Case Management
The First Step Toward Safety and Support
ANNUAL REPORT 2025
Case management is the entry point to services at the Sacramento Regional Family Justice
Center and the foundation of our survivor-centered approach. Every client is welcomed,
assessed for safety, and connected to critical services through a personalized plan that
may include legal support, housing, counseling, and advocacy.
Our team provides ongoing support beyond intake, ensuring survivors remain engaged,
barriers are addressed, and progress toward safety and stability continues. By leveraging
both professional staff and trained interns, we expand our reach while maintaining highquality, trauma-informed care, ensuring every survivor is supported on their path to healing
and hope.
Serving and Protecting Our Elders
In 2025, the Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center
served 296 elders experiencing abuse, neglect, exploitation,
and isolation. We secured 86 Elder Abuse Restraining Orders
to provide immediate protection and partnered with Adult
Protective Services to offer the weekly Holding Hope support
group.
