Regional Family Justice Center
Children & Teens Creating Hope
(CATCH) Program
ANNUAL REPORT 2025
Children are often the silent victims of domestic violence, carrying the impact of trauma
long after the violence ends. Through our CATCH Program, the Sacramento Regional
Family Justice Center provides trauma-informed, age-appropriate services to help
children heal, build resilience, and restore a sense of safety.
Child Therapy Services: In 2025, we enrolled 112 children in therapy services and
provided 182 sessions, creating safe spaces for healing and growth. Overall, 2,038
children were impacted by domestic violence, including 757 under age five,
underscoring the urgent need for early intervention.
Camp HOPE America: In 2025, 30 children from the Sacramento Regional Family Justice
Center attended Camp HOPE, where they experienced mentorship, connection, and
confidence-building in a safe, supportive environment.
Designed for youth impacted by domestic violence, Camp HOPE provides traumainformed programming that helps children build resilience, develop trust, and form
positive relationships. Through outdoor activities, team-building, and guidance from
trained mentors, these youth began to move beyond trauma and envision a future filled
with hope.
