Sacramento
Regional Family Justice Center
On-Site Partnerships:
A Collaborative Model of Care:
ANNUAL REPORT 2025
Collaboration is at the heart of the Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center. By
bringing key partners together under one roof, we provide a seamless, coordinated
response that prioritizes safety, healing, and long-term stability.
This multidisciplinary approach reduces barriers, eliminates the need for survivors to
navigate multiple systems, and allows individuals and families to access
comprehensive services in one safe, supportive place. Together with our broader
network of community partners, we are strengthening outcomes and expanding our
collective impact.
MY SISTER’S HOUSE
Our on-site partners play a critical role in delivering
comprehensive, wraparound services. My Sister’s
House (MSH) Legal Team provides culturally responsive
legal advocacy, ensuring survivors, particularly those
from the Asian & Pacific Islander communities, have
access to protection and justice.
PHYLLIS’S GARDEN
Phyllis’s Garden, a nonprofit organization, enhances
trauma-informed care by creating warm, welcoming
environments, including specialized soft interview rooms
in law enforcement agencies, designed to reduce fear,
increase comfort, and support survivors during some of
their most difficult moments.

SACRAMENTO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Our law enforcement partnership with the Sacramento Police
Department enhances immediate safety and accountability, allowing
for coordinated responses to high-risk cases and stronger outcomes
for survivors navigating the criminal justice system.
ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES (APS)
APS is an essential on-site partner, providing consultation, coordinated case
support, and shared client services for older and dependent adult victims. APS also
co-facilitates our elder support group, helping ensure survivors receive specialized,
trauma-informed care and connection to critical resources.
