Goals For 2026
Looking Ahead to 2026: Expanding Hope, Healing, and Impact
ANNUAL REPORT 2025
At the Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center, we are not only responding to crisis,
but we are also building pathways to healing, stability, and hope. The following goals are
already underway as we continue to expand our impact and meet the evolving needs of
survivors and their families.
Launch HOPE MD: We are developing HOPE MD, an innovative telehealth program
providing survivors and their children with accessible, trauma-informed medical and mental
health care, removing barriers and ensuring timely, confidential support.
Expand Legal Externship Program: In partnership with McGeorge School of Law, we are
expanding our legal externship program to grow the next generation of victim-centered
legal professionals while increasing access to justice for survivors.
Fee-for-Service Training Model: We are building a fee-for-service training program that
leverages our expertise in domestic violence, strangulation response, and traumainformed care, strengthening community systems while generating sustainable support for
our services.
Expand Camp HOPE America: We are increasing access to Camp HOPE America, giving
more children impacted by violence the opportunity to experience healing, mentorship,
and resilience-building.
Safe Pets Project: We are developing a Safe Pets Project, so survivors do not have to
choose between their safety and their pets, creating safe, temporary care options for
animals.
SACRAMENTOFJC.ORG
Clothing Boutique: Our Voices Survivor group is opening an on-site Clothing Boutique to
provide survivors with dignified access to clothing that supports confidence, stability, and
job readiness.
Food Pantry: Additionally, our Voices Survivor Group is establishing a Food Pantry to
address food insecurity and support families as they move toward safety and
independence.
These goals reflect our commitment to survivor-centered care. With the support of our
community, we are building a future where hope is within reach for every survivor and
family we serve.
